Manitoba's Woman Entrepreneur of the Year!

Sorry for the suspense but I HAVE to have a little fun with this!

I WON - I'm now Manitoba's Woman Entrepreneur of the Year for 2007.. Woohooo. Lookout for more shameless promotion from me now :-)

It was quite an event, I felt like royalty. And I was among great company - 60 something nomineees were narrowed down to 23 finalists - Manitoba Entrepreneurs with great businesses, many a lot larger than mine. We were wined and dined, feted and praised.

But now I'm motivated for perhaps a bit more of an aggressive execution of my business plan. Expansion perhaps. Or more diversification. Angel Investors, are you out there? :-)

Anyway, we had booked a table of 10 and my friend and colleague Wendy was there (She won last year) and she took some pics with her new camera.

There was also a video guy there, so I hope to be able to get some footage to post as well.
