It's a little known secret of professional photographers that no one ever shoots at perfect shot "right out of the camera!" Photoshop tweaking and post production is always needed to get the photo to look the way professional photos look.

Computers are are provided. You can bring your laptop in you prefer, BUT you must have Adobe Photoshop CS installed on it. CS2 is the minimum. Photoshop Elements doesn't count. You will be lost. You can download a free 30 day trial from Adobe. What you learn at this class can be used with Photoshop Elements. However for teaching purposes you MUST have Photoshop CS installed.
If you choose to use the school's computers, you will have access to all the software you will need. In the registration form you'll be askled if you want a Mac or a PC. Please select the platform of your home computer. If you don't know your way around a MAC, this is not the time to try it out :-)
Your instructior, Alexandra Morrison is a registered professional photographer, and this year's Canadian Photgraphic Artist of the Year, as selected by the Professional Photographers of Canada. Alex is a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada, and has won many awards for her photography - you will be learning from one of the best in Canada. Don't miss this chance.
